Miller's Wolfhaven Wolfdog Puppy Deposit This is a deposit contract between Miller's Wolfhaven (Breeder) and __________________(Buyer) for wolfdog puppy. Deposit Policy: By receiving the deposit the Breeder is agreeing to hold a wolfdog puppy for the buyer and to not sell it to another party. By placing a deposit on a puppy the buyer is agreeing to purchase a puppy described below. The buyer agrees to pick up the puppy or have the puppy delivered to them between the pick-up dates stated hearin, unless other arrangements have been made. The amount of the deposit will be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy. If the Breeder breaks the agreement: The Breeder will refund the deposit in the event the buyers puppy was unfit for sale, such as if the puppy had a serious defect, or died. Deposit can be applied to a future puppy if the events of the previous satement occurs. If the buyer breaks the agreement: In the event the buyer changes their mind and decides they don't want the puppy, has not paid in full, or if no contact or arrangements have been made to pick up the puppy by the final pick-up date, the deposit will not be refunded. If the buyer has any questions or does not agree to the terms of deposit, please contact the breeder immediately. Full deposit payment must be received and cleared prior to the puppy being reserved for buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Acceptable forms of payments include: Zelle, Check, Money Orders and Cashier Check. Note: Any NSF fees will be charged at a fee of $40.00 Puppy must be picked up no earlier than 6 weeks. Puppy must be picked up or shipped out by 8 weeks of age unless other agreements have been made with breeder. If puppy is not picked up in the alotted time frame there will be a $15.00 per day boarding fee, If buyer does not contact breeder within 5 days after alotted time frame for puppy pick up, then the puppy will be resold. At that point the buyer will lose thier deposit. Puppy pick up dates are based on the birth date of the litter. Once the litter is born the breeder will provide in writing the dates for pick and at which time the balance of the cost of the puppy will be required.
